Deliver targeted speech therapy sessions with a focus on communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, nurses, caregivers, and family members to ensure integrated care plans.

Provide education to patients and families to reinforce progress beyond the clinical setting.

Support inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions as needed, maintaining a continuous care approach throughout the recovery journey.

Ensure all documentation is precise and compliant with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Commit to ongoing professional growth through continued education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those who are not yet ASHA certified.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA desired.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods across all age groups, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
