PrideStaff is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a premier local provider of home maintenance and repair services in Clark, NJ. In this role, you will deliver white-glove service to our clients by helping them schedule services, answering inquiries, generating invoices, and seamlessly managing inbound customer requests from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove service when answering inbound calls and responding to customer leads
• Assist clients with scheduling service appointments and resolving inquiries
• Generate and process client invoices accurately
• Educate prospective clients on available services and close incoming sales opportunities
• Maintain exceptional customer relationships to ensure a premium experience

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and phone customer service skills
• Experience with client scheduling, invoicing, and professional customer care
• High organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or inbound sales preferred
