Payroll Analyst

Masco Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to support US-based Business Units. This role is responsible for accurate payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and continuous improvement. The Payroll Analyst partners closely with HR, HRIS, Finance, and business leaders to deliver a high level of payroll expertise and customer service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Other tasks/functions/projects as assigned. Qualifications Payroll processing experience in a large multi-state, multi-company environment. Workday experience is required.Experience with UKG Timekeeping (Kronos Dimensions) preferred.Canadian Payroll experience preferred.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with solid analytical capability.Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Excellent communication skills and customer service focus. High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives.Minimum three years’ experience in payroll data processing and analysis.Masco Corporation is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of branded home improvement and building products.
