We pride ourselves on offering an unparalleled dining experience, showcasing traditional Spanish dishes with modern innovation. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, setting the tone for their dining experience
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow throughout service
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu and restaurant offerings to assist with guest inquiries
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and accurate wait times
- Assist with guest requests and accommodate special needs with tact and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host area
- Contribute to a high standard of guest satisfaction by ensuring attention to detail in all areas of service

Qualifications:
- Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A warm and inviting demeanor with a professional appearance
- Familiarity with reservation platforms (experience with OpenTable preferred)
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
