Accounting Assistant Amtex Insurance- Entry level-Real Estate

Job Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and grow with no prior experience required. Responsibilities Review files, reports, and other documents to obtain information and respond to requests. Match purchase orders and record information; manage disputes, cancellations, refunds, etc. Find mistakes and correct them promptly. Reconcile bank accounts. Perform data entry. Assist in monthly closings. Qualifications Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to identify potential issues or errors. Attention to detail. Experience Customer service. Data entry (preferred but not required). QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred but not required).
