Who are we looking for? Mandatory Requirements: 18 or Older due to Required Equipment Punctual & Excellent Work Ethic Pleasant interactive skills, time and resource management, and planning skills Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products Basic math and computer skills Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Starting wage is Minimum Wage plus tips. There is great potential for moving up into bigger roles as you take ownership of your training reaching Master levels. Advancements are evaluated on your efforts to learn the required tasks for the advanced roles, Baker II, Supervisor, Management Wages increase with promotions (i.e. Baker II, Supervisor, ASM, etc).
