An established law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. This is a full-time, on-site role with limited remote flexibility (up to one day per week, optional) . The attorney will manage a caseload of small to medium litigation matters while also assisting on larger, high-value cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass torts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle assigned litigation caseload from inception through resolution.

• Assist senior attorneys on complex, high-value matters.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and case analysis.

• Participate in discovery, depositions, and case strategy development.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience.

• Strong legal research and writing skills.

• Experience drafting pleadings and legal briefs.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and case management abilities.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
