We're looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven Payroll & Benefits Specialist who is passionate about accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. This is more than a payroll position. It's an opportunity to become the subject matter expert for payroll and benefits while helping shape processes that directly support the employees who care for our communities every day. What You’ll Do As our Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately, receive the benefits they deserve, and have an outstanding experience throughout their employment. Responsibilities include: Process semi-monthly payroll with accuracy and confidentiality. Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, and Open Enrollment. Reconcile payroll deductions, carrier enrollments, and benefit invoices to ensure accuracy. Partner with Human Resources, Accounting, payroll vendors, insurance carriers, and brokers to resolve discrepancies. Support employees by answering payroll and benefit questions with professionalism and compassion. Help strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has experience in payroll, benefits administration, accounting, or a related field. Enjoys working with numbers while providing exceptional customer service. Has strong attention to detail and thrives on accuracy. Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Values integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
