What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level-III NICU serving high-risk and critically ill infants
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and ancillary services
• Support high-risk mothers and perform neonatal assessments and treatment planning
• Assist with neonatal transports from regional hospitals
• Participate in shift coverage including nights, with a focus on family-centered, quality healthcare
• Contribute to care coordination for premature and critically ill newborns
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need

• NNP Board Certification (no other NP certifications accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years' Neonatal Nurse Practitioner experience
• Active Florida license and DEA (if applicable)

• Previous experience in a Level-III NICU setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules
