Another Rose, LLC DBA Another Rose In-home Care COcierge and Referral Service is an organization focused on providing world class companion and care giver services. Role Description This is a part-time remote-hybrid role for Home Care Coordinator/Administrator for In-home Care in Cherokee and Forsyth Counties and surrounding in Georgia. The Home Care Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing various operational tasks for non-medical home care services. The Home Care Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative tasks for home care services clients and staff. The primary role will be an independent and flexible schedule with availability during business hours to virtually interface with clients and companion/care staff. Work closely with Director & Corporate office for appropriate oversight of care givers and delegation of administrative task to on sight and virtual support staff. Primary duties include-- scheduling appointments for hiring and booking clients --scheduling caregiver shifts --coordinating with caregivers and clients. Other duties include maintaining company records for accurate billing and payroll and ensuring compliance with company, state, and local regulations and policies. Ability to travel North Georgia Counties --intermittent client visits, --monthly interviewing & hiring new staff. —intermittent events & marketing –monthly onsite staff training and meetings. Fill-in & back fill compensation/ On-call after hours compensation. Salary with bonus is negotiable according to ability and willingness to “run the office”. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Reliable with strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
