A growing company in the Dayton area is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and being part of a team where accuracy and reliability are valued.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and deposits
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end reporting
- Communicate with vendors and internal team members as needed
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Invoice processing
- Financial recordkeeping
- General bookkeeping duties
