Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health conditions and develop individualized care plans that address their unique needs and wishes.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote healing and coping strategies, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Keep track of client meetings and ensure they align with admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria, facilitating smooth transitions of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
