Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the next level with this exciting opportunity supporting K-12 students in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment. This is an on-site contract role, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 2027, offering a chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of students.
As the primary BCBA based at an educational complex with two closely situated campuses, you’ll work alongside an engaged team, providing crucial behavioral support and guidance across all grade levels. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you’ll also step in to assist other schools as needed, ensuring every student receives the highest quality care.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Current national BCBA certification
- Experience supporting children and adolescents, preferably in a school-based setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with functional behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data-driven decision making
- A commitment to ethical practice and professional growth
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting behavioral assessments and crafting individualized intervention plans
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
- Training school personnel in evidence-based strategies and interventions
- Providing crisis intervention and emergency support as necessary
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions to maximize effectiveness
Additional requirements involve district fingerprinting and credentialing (prior prints from AHCA clearinghouse may qualify) plus a district-issued photo badge.
