Assistant Account Manager

Join our fast‑growing fulfillment company! We have an immediate opening for a customer service position -- acting as an Assistant to the Account Manager. This role requires the ability to manage client relations with a prompt and positive attitude. Hours: Monday‑Friday 8:00‑4:30. Responsibilities Respond promptly (within 30 minutes) and professionally to service the needs of companies with either resolution or acknowledgment. Assist with confirmation that orders ship within 24 hours. Work directly with the Account Manager and various warehouse supervisors to resolve shipping issues. Communicate well on the phone and send detailed information via email. Remain confident and articulate, especially under pressure. Assist with Will‑Call pick up. Assist with resolution of any shipping needs or issues. Qualifications Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Experience with PC computers. Work well with clients and fellow employees. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface professionally. Strong organization skills. Account management experience helpful: 2 years experience and at least 3 years since high school. Dependable.
