Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments through interviews, case history reviews, and collaboration with educators and parents to evaluate each student's unique emotional and social challenges.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the specific needs of students, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, bullying, and family dynamics.

• Work closely with school administration and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are aligned with educational objectives and support overall student welfare.

• Assist students and their families in accessing community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation, and mental health services, to foster a supportive network beyond the classroom.

• Lead educational workshops for students, teachers, and parents on topics such as coping strategies, emotional resilience, and effective communication skills.

• Participate in regular case consultations and provide input for discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions for students needing additional support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
