Job Description Complete Brock is the national life insurance and annuity distribution arm of the Brock Group, a division of Complete Family Protection. We give insurance agencies the systems, training, and accountability to scale — the same playbook that lets each of our agents outsell 6–8 agents combined. This is the division's first hire. You'll build the partner experience alongside the founder. The salary is $75,000 and the bonus opportunities are up to $50,000 a year based on partners producing. Role You are the face and the engine of the partner journey. Every agency that joins Complete Brock moves through a pipeline — application, welcome call, contracting, training, first sale, retention — and you own it end to end. You'll run welcome calls with agency owners, coordinate contracting with our carrier team, keep partners progressing through Complete Brock University, track and report on their progress, and protect the standard: our time flows to partners who do the work, and you make that fair and visible. You run your life on systems and checklists, follow a process exactly before improving it, and document everything. You're warm and credible on the phone with business owners, and you can hold people accountable without making it personal. You send the follow-up before it's asked for.
