Front Desk Dental Receptionist

Job Description Job Description We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with patients, multitasking, and being the welcoming face of a busy dental practice. What You’ll Do Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle general inquiries Maintain accurate digital patient records Obtain insurance authorizations and process insurance forms Coordinate with doctors, billing, and outside dental offices as needed Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of dental office or related experience Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers and office software Ability to travel between three office locations Availability for occasional weekend hours If you’re detail-oriented, personable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we’d love to hear from you!
