Intensive In-Home Team Lead

Overview Hope Services, LLC (a certified CABHA with a robust continuum of care for children and adolescents) is dedicated to providing and prioritizing quality and effective service delivery for children and adolescents with mental health and/or substance abuse problems, and their families. Our agency recruits and hires staff with experience and a desire to work with our target populations and supports the implementation and sustainability of evidence-based treatment models specific to our priority populations. Hope Services, LLC is dedicated to improving the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy for each youth served. Provide clinical expertise and guidance to IIH Team members. Supervise IIH Team members. Assist with implementing a home-based behavioral support plan with the youth and his or her caregivers as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan. Qualifications and Clinical Supervision Experience working with children/adolescents is required. Ideal position for provisionally licensed professionals seeking full licensure (LCSWA, LCHMCA). Supervision towards licensure is provided as well as training opportunities in the following evidence-based treatment models: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT); Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT); and Eco-Systemic Family Therapy (ESFT).
