Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Community Wellness Center, your primary responsibility will be to engage with couples and families, applying effective therapeutic methodologies to foster better communication and resolve conflicts. You will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic services that may include individual and group sessions, focusing on family dynamics, communication skills, and emotional well-being.

• Address a spectrum of challenges including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and blended family conflicts.
\n
• Facilitate conflict resolution sessions among family members, ensuring safe and respectful dialogue.
\n
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date client documentation and engagement in case conferences to collaborate with other healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clientele, their partners, and children/adolescents, enhancing their capacity to manage interpersonal relationships and emotional health. By addressing complex family issues, you will inspire hope and equip families with tools to thrive, thus contributing directly to our overarching organizational mission.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
