Description Copeland, a global leader in sustainable climate solutions, is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in North America. This high‑impact role owns full‑cycle recruiting across the United States, shapes sourcing strategies, and directly influences how we attract and hire the best talent. Responsibilities Lead full cycle, end‑to‑end salaried recruiting efforts across the United States, including marketing, advertising, network building, sourcing passive talent, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers, and assisting in onboarding. Collaborate with TA team members, managers, and HR teams to understand business strategy, structure, products, and culture, and communicate this to candidates. Develop and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and HR teams, serving as a trusted partner to ensure talent needs are met. Serve as a talent advisor who consults with leaders on effective recruiting strategies, education on standards, processes, and hiring laws. Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned to workforce plans, growth, and market conditions. Create, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with professional organizations and groups to promote Copeland brand awareness and build talent pipelines. Coach and support junior members of the TA team. Provide an excellent candidate and hiring team experience. Bring innovative ideas and approaches, use continuous improvement, gather feedback, and incorporate market best practices. Conduct market research, share talent intelligence, stay knowledgeable of industry trends, and incorporate takeaways into strategies. Be an expert in recruiting tools and proficient with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ, and other sourcing tools. Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and talent research tools and methods to improve talent acquisition. First Hybrid Work Arrangements This role is hybrid eligible with a requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration‑first mindset, working in‑person and flexing hybrid days based on business needs. Required Education, Experience & Skills Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience, building and implementing effective sourcing and recruiting strategies across the United States. Hunter mentality with ability to manage projects or processes and work independently. Experience using a multitude of sourcing and recruiting tools. Ability to align talent acquisition objectives with business priorities to ensure top performance. Detail‑oriented with project and time management skills and a demonstrable track record of meeting deadlines. Experience working in an environment with multiple high‑level searches and projects as the norm, using analytics to drive decision making. Proven positive communication skills, connecting internally and externally at varying levels. Collaborative, creative, and operate with urgency, prioritizing effectively. Willing and able to travel to key Copeland sites in the United States. Preferred Education, Experience & Skills 7 years of professional recruiting experience, building and implementing effective sourcing and recruiting strategies. Previous experience recruiting highly technical, niche roles within a manufacturing organization. Previous experience with Workday. Based near Sidney, OH.
