As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate eCommerce Manager to drive online sales, enhance the digital shopping experience, and optimize our eCommerce strategy. Job Overview As the eCommerce Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the online store, managing digital marketing initiatives, and improving the customer journey. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity, and a passion for the beauty industry. You’ll work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless online shopping experiences that drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and online revenue. Oversee website operations, product listings, pricing, and promotions to optimize user experience. Manage and collaborate with digital marketing teams on paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and social commerce. Analyze web analytics, sales performance, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions. Ensure seamless integration between eCommerce platforms, inventory, and fulfillment systems. Work with developers and designers to enhance website design, speed, and functionality. Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize product pages, checkout processes, and customer retention. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging eCommerce technologies. Develop and execute loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and personalized shopping experiences. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in beauty or fashion industries. Proficiency in Shopify (or other eCommerce platforms), Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization. Experience in managing social commerce strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
