WORK Inc. is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and organized Employment Specialist to support parents participating in Rhode Island Works programs.In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with job seekers to build confidence, develop career plans, connect them to training opportunities, and secure meaningful employment, empowering them to provide for themselves and their families.
