Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in therapeutic sessions with clients, focusing on both couples therapy and individual consultations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of client needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Working collaboratively with couples to facilitate healthier relationship dynamics through open communication strategies.

• Providing support to individuals within families dealing with complex issues, including but not limited to grief, job stress, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and maintaining accurate documentation of client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client portfolio will encompass a wide range of demographics, including couples and family units facing various struggles, such as:

• Grief, loss, and bereavement support.
\n
• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry.
\n

• Adolescent and child therapy integration when necessary.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n
