Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will carry out a variety of responsibilities that are integral to providing comprehensive care, including:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples and families, followed by individual sessions based on client needs.

• Assessing client situations through diagnostic evaluation, and developing personalized treatment plans to address specific issues such as:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency.
\n
• Physical and psychological trauma resulting from past abuse.
\n
• Managing grief and loss.
\n
• Addressing conflicts among family members or siblings.
\n
• Facilitating communication improvements in family interactions.
\n
\n
• Documenting session progress and client milestones in our secure digital platforms in accordance with best practices.

• Collaborating with other professionals in our outpatient office to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and diverse family units, addressing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to job-related stress, adjustment to separation and divorce, issues faced by blended families, and loss of significant relationships. You will play a critical role in enhancing the well-being of clients ranging from children and adolescents to adults, enabling them to thrive in their personal and communal lives.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
