Our facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation tools and devices, enabling our team to deliver high-quality care. The office operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a work-life balance that caters to both our staff and patients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one personalized treatment, working with 1-2 patients per hour to deliver focused care aligned with their individual rehabilitation goals.Utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities and therapeutic techniques to improve patient mobility, enhance strength, and alleviate pain effectively.Assess patient progress continually and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records in WebPT, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration.Engage in ongoing education and training to refine skills and stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.Patient Population / Client FocusAt Complete Balance Physical Therapy Group, we cater to a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Our therapists strive to create a supportive environment that empowers patients to actively participate in their recovery process, leading to improved health outcomes and patient satisfaction.QualificationsBachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Active Physical Therapy license in California or eligibility to obtain one.Demonstrated proficiency in orthopedic assessment and treatment strategies.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.Strong commitment to providing compassionate care and advocating for patient needs.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.Familiarity with documentation and practice management software such as WebPT.Background in working with post-operative rehabilitation protocols and sports injury recovery.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
