Your typical work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable and predictable schedule to maintain work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough initial evaluations and develop customized, evidence-based rehabilitation programs for each patient, focusing on their specific movement challenges and recovery goals.Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, modalities, and targeted exercise regimens, to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain.Engage in regular progress assessments, where you will modify treatment plans based on patient feedback and measurable outcomes, ensuring that progress remains aligned with therapeutic goals.Utilize the WebPT electronic health record system to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information, treatment notes, and progress reports.Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare team members to create a holistic approach to patient recovery.Patient Population / Client FocusOur clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with patients across a wide age range, from young athletes to older adults, each with unique rehabilitative needs. Your role will significantly impact their quality of life, as you help restore their ability to engage in everyday activities, recreational pursuits, and exercises.QualificationsA Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.Possession of an active California Physical Therapy license, or the capability to acquire one prior to starting.Strong clinical reasoning skills, combined with a hands-on approach to patient management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to inspire and motivate patients throughout their recovery process.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of two years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, particularly in an orthopedic outpatient setting, is highly preferred. Familiarity with WebPT and other electronic health record systems will be considered an asset.Compensation and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
