Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative
Full-Time | Reports to CSR Manager
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client’s customers with quoting, order management, claims, supply chain, and sales support. This role is key in building strong relationships, ensuring accuracy, and delivering top-notch service that drives customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage customer accounts, orders, pricing updates, and inquiries
- Provide product and service information, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Support forecasting, stocking programs, and supply chain requirements
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Engineering teams
- Maintain accurate records and proactively engage with customers
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of customer support/order management experience within the manufacturing industry (steel industry a plus)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with MS Office; CRM/ERP experience preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
