Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, is currently hiring for Bartenders . As a Bartender, you will bring energy, knowledge, and professionalism to our bar service. You'll be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that invites guests to relax, connect, and return. Whether it's a quiet evening drink or a celebratory toast, you’ll help create memorable moments for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, friendly manner
• Assist with basic food prep and maintain cleanliness in the bar area
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor during high-volume service periods

Qualifications:

• Must have open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Basic food prep skills. Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years of bartending experience (required)
