Job Description:

- Assume responsibility and accountability for the care of your assigned patients during your shift.
- Engage in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care with age-specific criteria.
- Utilize your scientific knowledge and clinical skills to make informed judgments.
- Guide and mentor non-RN staff, including LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries.
- Flexibility is key-demonstrate adaptability with work schedule changes!

Requirements:


- Minimum of 2+ years of OB experience (REQUIRED).
- Completion of at least 1 travel assignment (REQUIRED).
- Ability to function as a 1st assist and Scrub OB (HIGHLY PREFERRED).
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year, specific to OBGYN (REQUIRED).
- Valid Ohio/OH or Compact RN License (REQUIRED).
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification (REQUIRED).
- Active American Heart Association ACLS certification (REQUIRED).
- Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (REQUIRED).
- Active S.T.A.B.L.E certification (REQUIRED).
- Active Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification (REQUIRED).

Additional Information:


- Shifts: Varied 12-hour shifts (3P - 3A and 3A - 3P).
- Orientation Dates: 10/8 to 10/20.
- Guaranteed Hours: 36.
- Contract Length: 91 weeks.
