What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care for OB/GYN patients in a busy healthcare setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to clinical standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Assist in educating patients about treatments, procedures, and health management
• Support non-RN staff such as LPNs/PCTs and unit secretaries
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety guidelines

What You Need

• Ohio RN license (active and in good standing)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in OB/GYN or women's health
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and varied shifts
