Handle federal and state EEO, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation matters Counsel clients on employee hires, terminations, disciplinary actions, and payroll obligations Advise clients on workplace disputes and contract enforcement Represent clients in state, federal, and appellate court proceedings Advocate for clients before the EEOC, Department of Labor, OFCCP, NLRB, and other administrative bodies Looking for: DC Bar admission 5+ years labor and employment experience Prior law firm experience Experience in any of the following areas welcomed: Government contractor representation Equal employment counseling and litigation Management-side labor Wage and hour Restrictive covenants Executive compensation Interested in hearing more?
