Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Engage in comprehensive assessments of clients, identifying symptoms of major mental illnesses and formulating accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and determine when to refer clients for more extensive assessments.
• Participate in team meetings, actively contributing to discussions aimed at improving treatment outcomes and service delivery.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards by adhering to professional guidelines and the organization’s code of conduct.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely completion of reports and effective communication with other caregivers.
• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, utilizing crisis management techniques when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful LCSW will engage with a diverse range of clients facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and severe emotional disturbances. Qualifications

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, aligning with qualifications and experience levels.
