Remote Mental Health LCSW

Harmony Mind Behavioral Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This full-time position allows you to provide critical mental health support to individuals in need, particularly those in our detox center. This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexible work hours. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients. Conduct holistic psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and developing safety planning strategies to optimize client safety.

Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health topics and building skills for coping and resilience.

Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and support groups to foster community and engagement among clients.

Ensure meticulous documentation of services provided in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Our focus encompasses a diverse range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and general emotional distress. A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating familiarity with therapeutic modalities.

Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Familiarity with integrated care models and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.

Prior experience in implementing group therapy or psychoeducation topics enhancing client engagement.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus, providing you with opportunities for financial growth.
