Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients to inform individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.
• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to effectively address client needs and preferences.
• Keeping meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to ensure cohesive and effective patient care.
• Participating in peer review meetings and case consultations to maintain high standards of clinical quality and continuous improvement.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to promote informed decision-making.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current research and trends within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma histories, and various other mental health diagnoses. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university is mandatory.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is required.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a strong commitment to a solution-focused approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Sound problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills necessary for clinical decision-making.
• A strong ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and contribute positively to group dynamics.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
• Prior experience in case management and coordination of care among multiple providers.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
