Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand individual patient needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Providing various psychotherapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective methodologies, to address mental health concerns.
• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards to ensure transparency and quality in patient care.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers, to provide holistic and coordinated care to each patient.
• Participating in multidisciplinary case consultations to enhance treatment strategies and improve patient outcomes.
• Offering education and resources to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources available for further support.
• Staying informed about the latest mental health research and integrating new findings into your daily practice to ensure the application of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, consisting of individuals and families from various backgrounds, each experiencing a unique set of mental health challenges. This position focuses on understanding the specific needs of clients and adapting treatment approaches accordingly. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating substantial therapeutic skills.
• Proficiency in a variety of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions tailored for different client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking capability to navigate complex clinical situations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in working within a remote or telehealth model is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous to streamline documentation and communication.
