Job Description & Requirements Adult/Geriatric- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $113000.00 - $140000.00 A hospital located in metro AZ is launching a comprehensive Geriatric Program and is seeking an Adult Geriatrics-Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join this exciting new initiative. This role is ideal for an experienced ACNP with strong inpatient expertise and a solid foundation in geriatric care Opportunity Highlights Opportunity to help shape and grow a pilot geriatric model with system-wide expansion Provide acute, inpatient care to geriatric patients within a multidisciplinary team Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments and develop individualized care plans Participate in program development aligned with CMS Age-Friendly Health System measures & contribute to achieving NICHE certification Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and patient/family satisfaction Competitive compensation package with sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and more! Qualifications EDUCATION: Must be certified as an ACNP. EXPERIENCE: Preferred, one (1) year of related experience in an inpatient, acute care setting. Must have a strong geriatric background .
