Job Description

Join our team as a Cleanroom Assembler where you will play a crucial role in assembling catheters designed to prevent brain aneurysms. You will work in a cleanroom environment, utilizing a microscope and small hand tools to meticulously assemble small components such as coiling wire and tubing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components using a microscope and hand tools.

• Ensure precision and attention to detail in assembly tasks.

• Maintain high attendance standards, with only 1 allowable absence and tardiness within the first 90 days.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using microscopes for extended periods.

• Experience with small hand tools.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in cleanroom or manufacturing environments is highly desired.

• Capability to work long hours and maintain focus during assembly tasks.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment where you will be required to wear a full gown. The manager is supportive, offering multiple chances for improvement as long as attendance is good and effort is shown. The cleanroom encourages communication and positive relationships while maintaining quality work. Current shifts are 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with average weekly hours ranging from 40 to 45 hours. The second shift operates from Monday through Saturday, 3:30 pm to 12 am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
