Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a Real Estate related role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone.ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential leads from various sources such as event attendance lists and brokerage websitesOutreach and Communication: Reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company and its products and servicesQualifying Leads: Assessing the needs, use case, and budget of leads to determine their suitability as clientsScheduling Meetings: Setting up meetings between prospective clients and the sales teamCollaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams: Working closely with sales and marketing to align strategies and initiatives for generating leads and increasing salesMarket Analysis: Keeping up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunitiesCRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities using the CRMFeedback and Reporting: Providing feedback from potential clients to enhance product/service performance and deliveryAchieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly targets set by managementOther duties as assigned by managementLocate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company's salesforce to pursue and ultimately closeMaintain a close watch for what the competition is offering, and build a plan to sell to prospectsWork with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales processQualificationsProfessional Experience: 3 years or more in Real Estate related field, business development or similar roleProven experience in sales development or a related roleFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales technologiesGoal-oriented with a track record of achieving targetsSkills and AttributesStrong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to communicate, persuade, and influence both internally and externallyStrategic Thinking and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, identify partnership opportunities, and develop strategic plansProblem-Solving Abilities: Proficiency in addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions in partnership arrangementsAdaptability and Flexibility: Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust partnership strategies accordinglyTeam-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goalsSuccessful experience providing customer service preferredWorking knowledge of the sales process and CRM software is preferredHigh school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferredStellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
