Senior Staff Accountant

Over the years, our portfolio has grown to include hotels, restaurants, mixed-use and market-rate communities, in addition to commercial and retail spaces. SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT POSITION:

We are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant that can adapt and wear multiple hats within our Accounting Team. This position will handle the full-cycle accounting process for a group of diverse entities and partake in the financial analysis of our business operations.

SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full cycle accounting for assigned entities, including financial statement preparation Perform cash and bank reconciliations Process and analyze inter-company billings Monitor prepaid and accrual schedules General ledger reconciliation and analysis Accounts receivable reconciliations Loan tracking and reporting

SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required 5+ years of GAAP accounting experience Proficient in Quickbooks Online Excellent organizational skills and analytical abilities Ability to work well in a collaborative environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Discovery Capital
