Customer Success & Operations Coordinator — Part-Time, Remote

We are looking for a dependable international remote teammate to help keep customer communication and field operations organized. This starts part-time, with the opportunity to grow toward full-time as the business need and fit develop. The exact schedule and weekly hours will be discussed.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on crew commitments, open tasks, and blockers; make sure the next owner and next action are clear.

• Send clear, proactive customer updates and follow through on promised responses.

• Keep Microsoft Teams, email, and CRM records organized and current.

• Gather information for technical issues, handle basic triage, and escalate to the right person.

• Track deadlines and flag risks early instead of waiting for a customer to chase us.

What matters

Clear written English, dependable follow-through, attention to detail, and comfort learning technical concepts. Customer support, coordination, CRM, or operations experience is useful. You should have a reliable computer and internet connection for remote work.

Pay: US$3–$7 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience. Part-time and fully remote. We are expanding our search across Latin America and South Africa; applicants in other locations outside the United States are also welcome. Availability overlapping U.S. Eastern business hours, clear customer communication, and relevant operations experience matter.
