You will work primarily on M&A sell side transactions and be given meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the franchise.## ## ## ## Key Responsibilities* Lead the preparation and analysis of historical and projected financial information* Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring* Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction execution teams* Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials* Support new business development initiatives, including pitch creation and client strategy development* Maintain active communication with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors* Mentor and supervise junior team members while ensuring high-quality analytical output## ## ## ## Qualifications* 5+ years of relevant investment banking experience or MBA graduates with at least 4 years of investment banking experience* Strong knowledge of accounting, valuation methodologies, and applied financial theory* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment* Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills* Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with senior stakeholders* Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and interested in building long-term client relationships* Academic or professional training in finance, accounting, or related disciplines strongly preferred**Compensation and Benefits**Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation.
