Investment Banking Vice President - Healthcare MedTech

Position Overview We are currently looking for an experienced Investment Banking Vice President for our Healthcare MedTech team in Minneapolis, MN. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement : Serve as a key contact for select clients, fostering impactful relationships and contributing to client coverage. Marketing & Client Materials : Develop compelling marketing materials for company sale and financing assignments. Due Diligence : Actively participate in due diligence processes and drafting sessions for public offerings. Business Development : Assume increasing responsibilities in new business development initiatives over time. Transaction Execution : Lead and support the execution of M&A, equity, equity‑linked, and debt transactions. Financial Analysis : Prepare comprehensive strategic and M&A analyses, detailed company valuations, and financial models. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of investment banking experience or MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience. Meaningful M&A transaction experience required. Ability to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction; includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback. Business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations. Strong knowledge of accounting and M&A deal modeling experience. Client management skills including ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential. Deep understanding and passion for healthcare and the medical device ecosystem. Highly motivated, team player with strong attention to detail and an ability to learn in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor's or MBA Degree in finance, business, management plus other related degrees. Compensation The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $250,000 per year. Placement is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
