Novu is hiring Founding Sales to own mid-market deals from start to finish, shaping how we scale as the first sales hire in a company defining a new category. This role is remote, requires fast learning, and you’ll work across Cloud and self-hosted offerings, deciding where each deal fits. You’ll talk to US-heavy buyers, leverage AI tools to accelerate cycles, and partner with Product and Marketing to align messaging with market needs.
