Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist with billing, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate has experience with QuickBooks and Excel, a willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities
Process customer invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
Enter financial information into QuickBooks and Excel.
Track outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
Assist with account reconciliations and payment posting.
Organize financial documents and maintain accurate records.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Clean background check required.
Valid driver's license required.
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
$15 per hour
