Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in NM or a compact state
• Current BLS, NRP, ACLS, and STABLE certifications
• Certification in AWHONN Intermediate FHM or NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM)
• Clinical experience in perinatal or labor and delivery settings (preferably recent)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Perinatal RN Residency or recent experience in a perinatal setting
• Additional certifications related to neonatal care or advanced maternal health
• Experience with electronic medical records systems
• Flexibility to work night shifts and participate in weekend rotations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in labor and delivery or perinatal nursing

Other Requirements:

• Travel assignment starting May 25, 2026
• Availability to work night shifts, 7 PM - 7 AM
• Willingness to commit to the 6-week rotation including 6 weekend shifts
• Ability to travel and adapt to new healthcare environments
