Required Skills:

• Current RN license in NM or a compact state
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA only)
• Certification in AWHONN Intermediate FHM or NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM)
• Certification in STABLE for Post-resuscitation and Infant Stabilization
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferably in perinatology or related settings
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in high-acuity perinatal units or labor and delivery settings
• Advanced certifications or training in maternal-newborn care
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• Proven ability to handle complex patient cases and manage contingencies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Recent experience in perinatal nursing, with a Perinatal RN Residency considered a plus

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Flexibility to fulfill 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule
• Willingness to travel and adapt to different clinical environments
• Successful completion of onboarding, including New Nurses Orientation and competency validations

This role offers a competitive pay rate of $67.00 per hour, with a bill rate of $100 per shift.
