Senior Deputy Director, Employment Law Unit

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s Employment Law Unit seeks a senior attorney to serve as Deputy Director. Under the Director, you will guide disciplinary actions, litigate cases, and advise on conflicts of interest and waivers.
You will also train ELU attorneys, oversee case administration, and participate in agency-wide activities while maintaining strict confidentiality and timely reporting.
