Join the team at Twin Falls Subaru as a Trade Up Specialist, where you'll play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle through trade-in opportunities. You will work closely with clients to evaluate their current vehicles and facilitate smooth trade-up transactions, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Responsibilities- Assess customer trade-in vehicles to determine value and condition.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to support trade-up sales processes.
- Communicate clearly with customers about trade-in options and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of trade-in evaluations and transactions.
- Stay informed about current vehicle market trends and trade values.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle valuation and trade-in processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving dealership procedures.
- Competitive pay of $15.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
