Product Designer (Ux/Ui) - Fixed-Term (6 Month Contract)

What you’ll do Essential Job Duties & Functions Collaborative design work alongside the team's PM and engineers Translate ideas and hypotheses into conceptual designs and prototypes Refinement of conceptual designs into full-system ready-for-dev designs Present designs to the team, fellow Product Designers, and potentially stakeholders across the organization Leverage data, user insights, and UX psychology to inform your design process. Look for opportunities to embed AI as a repeatable co-pilot in daily workflows by integrating experimentation into real work, and continuously refining its use with sound judgment and validation. Assignment Details Duration: This fixed-term position is expected to start immediately and last approximately 6 months. Weekly Hours: We anticipate this role will work 40 hours weekly. Assignment Completion Bonus: Upon the successful completion of your full assignment, this position is eligible for an assignment completion bonus at the end of the contract. How you’ll be compensated onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $119,000 and $140,000 annually upon hire. The pay range will vary based on experience, skills, certifications, education, and other factors as required in the job description.
