Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate tailored treatment plans to address the specific mental health needs of clients.

• Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based approaches to promote personal growth, healing, and emotional resilience.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring that progress is regularly monitored and adjusted as necessary.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including CBT, EFT, and Narrative Therapy, depending on client needs and preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and updates in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities to enhance skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies associated with client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse adult clients, as well as children and adolescents, dealing with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will be instrumental in creating a safe, empathetic space that encourages open dialogue, trust, and healing. Compensation and Benefits\n

At Medina Behavioral Health Center, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by performance bonuses and potential sign-on bonuses.
